Where are your offices located?
Our office is located at First Floor, 15 Birchills street, Walsall, WS2 8NG – we are directly opposite Birchills School
Is there any parking?
Street parking is available by the office, alternatively there is a paid parking available at the Crown Wharf Car Park WS2 8LL
Are there any local hotels you recommend?
We have several local hotels including the Premier inn and Travelodge within a 5 minute walk to the office
What is the nearest train station?
Walsall Train Station is a 7 minute walk from the office
What do I need to bring on the day?
All delegates should bring 2 x colour passport sized photos along with their passports and driving licences as a form of ID – any problems please contact the office.
Is attendance mandatory?
Full attendance of each day on the course is mandatory to achieve a pass
Can I use my mobile phone during the course?
Mobile phones are to be turned off during the course, we will have breaks and lunch should you need to make calls
